We hosted a party in our garden the day after our daughters wedding for 40 family and friends. We wanted it to be a casual afternoon with good quality food that would hit the spot for everyone after a long night partying the previous day at the wedding.
Glenn visited our home to get a visual on the site and to listen to what we wanted the day to be. Glenn provided guidance and shaped what he would recommend we do on the catering side…….from location of trailer, to power, to timings, to menu.
On the day, the whole experience was great but the main event was the food……and it was simply fantastic. Our guests were all raving about the quality and flavours.
Glenn has a very personable style and was very courteous and friendly with our guests, and extremely professional throughout.
Once Glenn left the site, you would not have known he had been there - everything tidy and left as it was before he arrived!
To get the best out of your day, don’t tell Glenn what to do!!!! He is very experienced and will work with you to assist your planning.
…….and most importantly - his food is simply amazing!!!!

Chubby Hubby was a great addition to our rugby club’s family fun day! It was difficult to choose what burger to have as they all looked so good. A lot of our players, parents and coaches now regularly go to Chubby Hubby for a burger fix and we hope to be able to partner with him again in the future.

I have known Glenn for over 20 years and he during that time he has either worked for me directly or in a freelance capacity. On all occasions Glenn has been reliable, trustworthy, and always delivered what was asked from him and more. Glenn can produce Rosette standard food and Bistro food requiring a faster pace. Glenn will always go that extra mile whether on the pay role or as relief I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I have known Glenn for over 30 years years and have worked together in various hotels throughout that time. I first started working with Glenn at The Learmonth Hotel in Edinburgh I think in 1987, and we have since worked together on and on in 4&5 star hotels around Scotland and Murrayfield stadium Archerfied House, The Old Course Hotel, St Andrews to name just a few.
Glenn is a true professional in every way, conscientious, methodical, dedicated to his trade, and an excellent chef, whom I would highly recommend.
We still remain very close friends and I know if I needed help in any way I know that Glenn would be there.
